I graduated form National Taichung University of Science and Technology(NTUST),

majoring in business administration.

And now I'm studying finance in National Taipei University of Business(NTUB).

I'm not only a considerate,easy-going and optimistic person,

but also an enthusiast for collectng various stickers and pattern stamps.

In my free time,I always like surfing the internet,watching TV,listening to music and sleeping 

at home.I sometimes look around in Taiwan.Moreover,I'm good at drawing.

😀Hello,everyone.😀 Today,I want to recommend the podcast which is called "Before Breakfast". I put the link at the end of the article and thi s podcast is about  time management strategies. The host  is   Laura Vanderkam. She shares how to make good use of time  in her ways  and  answer to listeners' questions. Next,let me show you  why I share this podcast. First reason： Nowadays,people have no extra time to learn how to  plan our time effectively. If you subscribe this podcast,you will use a little time to learn more things. Because its  audio file isn't too long.It's about 5-10 minutes. You can listen it while you are stuck in traffic,on the bus,on the metro and anywhere. Today,I want to share my views of Inside the mind of a master procrastinator which is a TED talk. Do you procrastinate sometimes? 2. What are some of the things you procrastinate on? 3. What are strategies you can use to combat procrastination? I think I'm not a procrastinator because I hate to delay things. I like complete things as soon as possible. If plans are put off,I will feel anxious and make more mistakes . But I occasionally procastinate when the things are not important for me or the deadlines are longer. I think I procrastinate on waking up and doing my complex homework or reports .
